Experience from real incidents
- Recovery after a fire — a client lost their entire server room. Data was restored from the cloud directly onto new hardware, and the business was back to full operation shortly after.
- Ransomware response — a client's data was fully encrypted. Instead of paying the ransom, systems were restored from backup.
- Large-scale migration — approximately 130 mailboxes, calendars and contacts moved from Google to Microsoft 365 with zero downtime.
